I work with quality hardwoods or laminates, focusing on ergonomics, balance, and stability rather than unnecessary styling. The aim is consistent positioning, better control, and a stock that feels right every time you shoulder the rifle. I build stocks for Steyr air rifles used in 10m and outdoor disciplines.

- Adjustable butt pad as standard — upgrade to WEGU or Anschütz, or supply your own.
- Adjustable length of pull, or accommodation for a butt/target hook.
- Individually pointed, ground stippling with hand-cut borders on the grip or fore end.
- Hand-cut chequering on the grip or fore end.
- Option to add a UIT/accessory rail, and a palm shelf/hamster.
- Available as a full stock for Steyr Hunting 5 and Hunting 5 Automatic (H5/H5a). Full and half-stock options for LG100, LG110 and Challenge — please ask.
- No extra charge for thumbhole vs sporter, or left-hand/ambidextrous vs right-hand.

A truly phenomenal action deserves an equally worthy custom stock. I’m a big fan of the Steyr H5 and H5a, but many find the factory stock a little bland and the trigger reach far too short. For such a high-grade piece of equipment, a stock that perfectly fits you and brings out the best in your rifle is a safe investment for years of comfort and enjoyment.
This build shows that contemporary design and modern geometry can go hand in hand with traditional technique to create a standout yet classic finished product. A fully fitted grip, multi-adjust cheek, Anschütz adjustable butt pad, and bespoke stippling to the grip elevate this stock to be worthy of the incredible action it houses.
